Delta, B.C. - John Cummins, Reform MP for Delta-South Richmond, today said he is confident that Reformers will support the United Alternative process and Preston Manning, because they are confident the fundamental common sense principles which distinguish the Reform Party will pass at the United Alternative convention in Ottawa later next week.

"While I had misgivings about the UA at the outset, after observing the process for a year, it is clear that our key principles will remain intact, and that the UA is a necessary course of action to have those principles implemented in government."
